Crop ClinicYou can delete your Crop Clinic account and all the data linked to it at any time. Choose whichever way is easiest for you:

What gets deleted

What we may keep, and for how long
We do not keep any of your personal data after deletion. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) may keep encrypted backups and security logs for a short time, normally up to 30 days, after which they are permanently removed. We may keep information only if Zambian law requires us to.
The farming guides and weather information in the app are not personal data and are not affected.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
- Crop records: open the Crops tab, tap the menu on a crop and choose Delete.
- Profile details: change or clear them under Profile, Edit profile.
- Location and notifications: turn them off in your phone settings.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, send an email to constructlinkzm@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Crop Clinic account". Send it from the email address you use for Crop Clinic so we can confirm the account is yours. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
